Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Once a digital product (eBook / PDF / downloadable content) is purchased and access is granted, it is considered delivered.

Since digital products:

Are delivered instantly

Cannot be returned

Can be copied, stored, or consumed fully after access

Why Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds are not possible because:

The content can be fully accessed and used immediately

There is no way to revoke access once delivered

This policy helps protect our business from digital content misuse and fraud

Exceptions (Very Limited)

Refunds will ONLY be considered if:

The customer was charged multiple times due to a technical error

The digital product was not delivered at all due to a system failure

⚠ In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof.

No Refunds For the Following

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

Change of mind

Lack of results or expectations

Failure to understand the content

Incompatibility with your device

Claims after the product has been accessed or downloaded

Requests made after reading or using the eBook
